Thank you for choosing Hampton Cove Christian Academy for your child/children's care and education.  We are pleased that you have found our staff and facilities meet your rigourous standards.

Enrollment Requirements 

For your child's safety and to comply with state regulations, all forms required for enrollment at the time of registration must be signed, completed and on file with the school office prior to your child attending HCCA.

HCCA Enrollment Application and Statement of Faith. (Last Updated - July 14, 2011) To secure your child's placement at the earliest possible date, we ask prospective parents to download, print, and complete the Student Enrollment Application (pages 1 and 2), and the Statement of Faith form (pages 1 and 2). Upon receipt of these two forms and the accompanying Registration Fee, your child will be enrolled into the class.

HCCA will then schedule a brief Parent Orientation to answer any further questions regarding your child's enrollment and the remaining required forms will be given to you to take home and complete prior to your child's first day of class.  These required forms include:  DHR Pre-Admission Record, Parent Affirmation/Notification, Special Needs/Allergy Alert Notice, Special Activities Authorization, Parent/Teacher Meeting Agreement and your child's completed and signed Immunication Record (Alabama Blue Card).

You may be asked to verify enrollment information on a periodic basis to ensure your child's records are current and up-to-date.  Anytime an address, phone number (home or work), email or other vital information concerning you or your child is changed, please notify the school office immediately.
