The non-refundable Annual Registration Fee is renewable in August each year. A separate annual non-refundable Registration Fee is required of all elementary school-aged children enrolled in Summer Camp. Pre-kindergarten students who are enrolled for the first time after May 1st of the current school year will not be required to pay another registration fee in August. The Registration Fee above includes a FREE School Yearbook distributed each April.

Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Full and Part-Time tuition includes a hot lunch and 2 daily snacks for all children on table food. Breakfast is available for all children for a nominal charge of $2.75 per meal.

Registration Fee. $35.00 (new & returning families) due upon enrollment/ Non Refundable or Transferable. Kids receive 1 Free Camp T-Shirt. Additional T-shirts may be purchased at $15 each.

Tuition Rates:

  • Full summer (10 weeks) = Single, lump-sum payment of $1,585 (9 weeks @ $175/wk with 1 week FREE). Contact the HCCA Office for weekly installment program.
  • Part-Time 2-week sessions - $390 per 2-week session
  • Transition Week Camp - $38 per day or $175 per week
  • Tuition includes Arts & Crafts materials, Computer, Music, Lunch/Snacks, Weekly Activity Fees and Transportation/Field Trips within a 25-mile radius.

Optional Fees:

  • Breakfast $1.75/ meal (Breakfast Served Mon-Fri 7:00 am-7:45 am )
  • Optional Field Trips — Field trips require an additional transportation and admission surcharge of $25 because they lie outside the 25-mile radius of activities.

Homework Lab: assist students in a small group setting with homework assignments given by their primary teacher. Open Monday-Thursday 3:00 – 4:30 pm. This lab setting helps students by clarifying thier understanding of the homework assignment, and helping them to develop and utilize more effective study skills, habits, and time management techniques for completing assignments. This does not include tutoring or remediation of the content area.

Group or Home-School Classes: These are individually tailored on-site classes for remediation, instruction, or enrichment provided on a group contract basis or through individual enrollment. Pricing to be determined based on class size, frequency, and duration.

Academic Testing Rates.

 Stanford Early School Achievement Test (SESAT) given periodically to Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students.

  • Standarized Achievement Test (SAT) Primary I:  Given annually to Elementary students in Grades 1-8.
  • Academic Testing Fee:  $30

Fee includes testing, booklet, scoring and administrative and home reports.

Kindergarten Graduation. 

Kindergarten Graduation is Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. The ceremony will be held at Cove United Methodist Church, directly across the street from HCCA. Please have your child here 20 minutes before, at 6:40 pm, for dressing and practice.
