HCCA requires a copy of your infant’s feeding and sleeping schedule. The staff will try to adhere to this schedule as closely as possible. Completed daily, an “Infant Activity Report” keeps you informed of your child’s activities for the day, i.e. food and milk consumed, sleep times, diaper changes, and other activities. Please review daily and direct any questions or concerns to the teacher or Front Office.

All prescription or over-the-counter medications must be left at the Front Office with a completed “Prescription Authorization Form”.
