Parents in today's world have much to be concerned about when it comes to choosing a quality early education, home school or childcare setting for their children. Enrollment Applications

All enrollment applications (elementary, preschool, extended day, mothers-morning-out, and summer camp) may be picked up at the Academy office, Monday-Friday between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm.  You may also download a printable version of the Enrollment application to be mailed in or dropped off at your convenience. When you submit an application, the $125 registration fee will hold your child's spot (if there is a waiting list for your child's room) until they can begin.

Although HCCA accepts applications for enrollment in our elementary, preschool, extended day, mothers-morning-out, or summer camp throughout the year, in the summer space is limited. Therefore, we ask parents to pre-register as early as possible, regardless of the age, to ensure placement for their child.

Pre-Registration and Waiting List Information

A registration fee/deposit for first time students and for all students is due when the enrollment application is returned. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. A registration fee and application will hold the student's place until school begins in August or, if space is available, when you enroll. If there is no immediate opening, the registration fee will continue to hold a place on the waiting list. You will be promptly notified when an opening becomes available. If an opening is not available, and you choose to withdraw your child's name from the list, 1/2 of the registration fee will be returned.  Separate fees are required for art/educational materials and music/computer lab/PE. These fees are due by July 15, when educational materials and books are ordered.

Age Requirements: Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten

Students enrolling in the K4 Kindergarten program must turn four-years-old on or before September 1. Students enrolling in the K5 Kindergarten program must turn five-years-old on or before September 1. Entrance tests are not required for incoming students; however, all applications must be approved by the admissions committee.
