All HCCA employees including its leadership, staff, and teachers, stand in a high place of calling. We do not believe God sends unprepared people into His service. Instead, he calls those who will rise to the occasion when needed.

Preparing young people to live and serve in today's world is a challenge. We share both a spiritual vision and an academic mission.

HCCA staff members are trained and certified according to the most advanced technologies in teaching methodology and school administration. We are diligent in selecting and screening teachers and caregivers who are in themselves, models of Christian character and servant-leadership. We hire only those educators and administrators whose level of education and experience meet our "Quality Difference" standard. Their character and ability to communicate effectively is an inseparable part of a quality educational program.

Minimum Qualifications for all prospective Substitute, Assistant, and Lead teachers:

• Must be 19 years old or older
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work well with others and adhere to the Biblical principles of Christian service and leadership
• Related Educational Background (Associates or Bachelor Degrees) and/or prior experience working with children in a supervisory setting, will be highly considered
